At Analogue Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium audio and vintage electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
